Gabrielle Montana MS LPC SAC (She/Her/Hers)

Welcome! I’m the owner of G.E.M. Therapy LLC and your future therapist!

I’m obsessed with true-crime, to the point of freaking myself out, I have a bit of a potty-mouth (I encourage you to lean into some of this language too, if you feel comfortable), and I too know what it’s like to live with that b!tch anxiety (see - potty mouth).

I work with adults who have been through some heavy sh!t and need a space to be seen, heard, and validated. They are ready to work through their traumas, ditch people pleasing, and take hold of their anxiety. As your therapist, I hold unconditional positive regard for you. I show up as compassionate, authentic, non-judgmental, validating, and direct.

My role is to guide you in exploring and processing life experiences, while building the skills you need to take your life back AND to help keep you accountable. I'll point out your strengths and areas of awesomeness AND I'll let you know when I call BS. I get it, that FEELS uncomfortable. Not many people enjoy being challenged on patterns of thinking and being that have served them so far, especially when those ways of being are rooted in something we had no choice in, but that is the space where growth happens! There is risk in everything we do and don’t do. Take the risk, let yourself get a little uncomfortable, and feel growth happen.
